01. GETTING TO KNOW YOU

Dream in flowers? You’re in the right place. I can’t wait to hear all of your ideas and bring them to life! You can either send a floral wishlist or I can provide a questionnaire to fill out. once I have that along with your Pinterest board, I will design a custom proposal and preliminary quote.

02. COLLABORATIVE EXPERIENCE

Next we’ll set up a consultation to discuss all of our ideas so we can make them a reality. During this time we’ll make any adjustments needed until you’re confident and comfortable with both the vision and the budget. Once you’re ready to make it official we’ll just need a 50% deposit to officially secure your date, and you can check flowers off your wedding planning list.

03. MOCK UP

This is the fun part. As the rest of your wedding details are coming together we’ll arrange for a mock up so you can see a sample of the whole tablescape. We’ll continue selecting specific colors and floral varieties, along with vases and candles to make sure everything goes together perfectly. And yes you get to take the flowers home!

04. TYING UP LOOSE ENDS

About 30 days prior to wedding day when we have all the details like final guest and table count, we’ll have one last check in to firm up any revisions to the proposal and quote. I understand how many moving parts there are in a wedding and how design is an evolution, so rest assured you can make any edits you need up until our last meeting.

05. PRODUCTION WEEK

Production for a full service event requires an entire week - prepping vases and mechanics, cleaning candles, many early mornings at the flower market selecting only the best of the best. Processing and handling the flowers so that they are in peak bloom on wedding day. Hours of designing until everything is perfect, packed, and ready to go.

06. WEDDING DAY

We’ll be there on wedding day to deliver your bouquets, design all on site installations, and place the arrangements in reception always making sure everything looks beautiful and fresh. Our strike team will come back at the end of the night to collect our vases and transfer the flowers to take home containers if you choose to keep them.
